How to Pay
We accept the following methods of payment.

Cash (UK) Sterling / All major credit/debit cards, with the exception of American Express

Delivery Policy
We use Express Delivery for all orders and aim to get all shoes out to customers within 1-2 working days, unless notified at time of order..

Unless the goods were wrongly supplied or were found to be faulty, the customer will be charged for any subsequent replacement delivery costs.

Returns Policy

MBT Midlands will accept the return of goods within 14 days of their delivery/collection, providing the items are returned in the perfect condition in which they were sold, with all labeling and tags intact ready for resale. Additionally the goods should be adequately sealed within the original packaging, which should not be defaced, marked or have packaging tape directly applied to it.
Should you wish to exchange an item, we will charge you for our postage/packaging costs in sending you a replacement item, even if you were not charged postage in the first instance. Furthermore, we will deduct the initial postage costs from your refund for any returned unwanted items. Unless the supplied item were found to be faulty or were wrongly supplied.

The cost of returning any unwanted goods is the sole responsibility of the customer. MBT Midlands will not charge for the initial delivery to the customer, but any subsequent replacement shipment charges will be met by the customer.

MBT Midlands will not accept the return of any goods without a proof of purchase.

If the product is found to be faulty or was wrongly supplied, MBT Midlands will exchange these goods, in addition reimbursing any return postage costs that may have been incurred in returning the goods to our Coventry store. Furthermore you will not be charged with any postal costs that may have arisen from any subsequent replacement shipment.

Please ensure, if returning goods by post, that you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office, as proof that you sent sent the package. The Post Office do not charge for this service.
